Remote Appearances

If you live out of state or a significant distance from the courthouse, Nemeroff Law can request that the Court allow you to appear remotely by Zoom when appropriate.

Remote appearances are subject to the Court’s approval and may not be available for every hearing. We will handle the request and coordinate the appearance with the Court.
